The most common reason that a website has been suspended is due to non-payment. Our admin and collections teams will have been in touch if this is the reason, therefore you should check your emails in the first instance.
If you have been suspended due to non payment, you should make every effort to make a payment or communicate with the collections team to make a payment plan.
Should further action be required, you will be charged for the website and or hosting for the life of the contract, which may be passed onto a debt collection agency or dealt with by a small claims court.
IF YOU HAVE KEPT UP TO DATE WITH PAYMENTS PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AS IT MAY BE AN ISSUE OF A SENSITIVE NATURE.
